Pressure Medium Filters With High Filling Level |
Filters with a high filling level are intended especially for treatment of surface and ground water into drinking water. They find their application also during the process of removal of undesirable substances [metals, minerals, bacteria...] from process water.
The height of the filtration mediums for filters with a high filling level is at least 1000mm and the total height of the pressure filtration vessel is higher than 2000mm.
The filtration rate of these filters is rather slow, it moves between 5 and 15m/hr, whereby it is possible to achieve a perfect removal of fine insoluble and settled substances, soluble substances, bacteria and turbidity from water …
